Please contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible by telephone at +357 97 437 530 (WhatsApp), Monday through Friday from 2:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  EST, or by email under the “Contact us“ section.

You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your “Spam” inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact Customer Service. They will verify that the order has been successfully placed and will correct your email address if necessary.

You can pay for your purchases with a credit or charge card:  Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Amex and more.

You should enter your credit card or charge card number, its expiry date and its card verification number on the relevant page.

The cost depends on the delivery country, the weight of the product, and urgency. You will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure.

Worldwide shipping:

• Registered Air Mail – 15-20 days
• EMC (Express Mail Service) – 7-10 days
• Courier delivery –  2-5 days.

Delivery in Cyprus is from 1 to 3  days, depending on the ordering time.

Predominantly for security reasons we do not process any order for which a P.O. box address has been provided.

• The Natura Eterno gift boxes are created especially to protect and store the scarves and shawls. You can choose the gift box while checking out the product you buy
• Store your scarves in a place where there is no direct sunlight otherwise, you may find the colors fade
